Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Marlo Kids tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
